New York, NY – In a landmark case for crimes against graphic design, a Fox Sports motion designer has been sentenced to life at Fox Nation by the Court of Common Decency without the possibility of promotion for the “heinous and unforgivable” Super Bowl LIX scoreboard graphic.
The design, an unprecedented combination of minimalism and block type harkening back to the letter blocks that illiterate children play with, divided viewers as the scoreboard graphic first appeared on the screen. It turns out, if you use a font with a weight bold enough, no graphic is necessary at all.
“His career is effectively over”, said Prosecuting Attorney Jacob Mathers. “Fox Nation was chosen for the fact that literally nobody watches it. No person will ever be victimized by his crimes of graphic design ever again.”
